A Board Certified Forensic Psychiatrist and President of Charleston Psychiatric Group, Inc., Dr. Smith leads a team of dedicated and experienced professionals providing assessments for courts, attorneys, agencies, and businesses, and consultative services and litigation support to attorneys.
Dr. Teresa Smith's assessment practice has focused on workers' compensation and consultation to businesses in the areas of team building, health promotion, assertiveness training, personnel issues, leadership development and career planning. She is a specialist in the administration and analysis of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
As Director of Assessment Services, Dr. Rosemary Smith oversees the selection of tests, processes of the evaluation, and analysis of data to complete a final report. She focuses on assessment of civil, criminal and administrative cases. She manages contracts with a number of public agencies and has provided initial hire assessments for public safety officers for over 20 years.
